Trade: General Builder – Carpentry
How long have you been a host: We have been a host with Master Builders Apprentices for 2 years in May this year.
Apprentices: I currently have 2 apprentices working with us and have had another finish off the last 18 months of his apprenticeship in our company.
Advantages of MBASA Group Training: The advantages have been business flexibility in quiet times, the care that is taken of the guys regarding PPE, training and other admin that is taken care of. I have taken on 3 other apprentices directly through our business and appreciate what is involved in all aspects of providing a functional workplace and training plan and everything that goes with it.
