Apprentice Safety Event

On Friday 10 July, the Master Builders GTO hosted our bi-annual Apprentice Safety Event at Bianco. It was an excellent opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the dedication of our hardworking apprentices, present well-deserved awards, and facilitate valuable networking opportunities within the trade community.

Congratulation to Trung Nguyen on winning the top prize – a $1000 Bianco voucher. While the event served as a celebration, our core focus remained firmly on our top priority: ensuring every worker returns home safely at the end of each day.

We were privileged to have Master Builders SA WHS Manager, Mike McCabe, deliver an impactful presentation on workplace safety. Mike highlighted the critical importance of maintaining situational awareness on site and demonstrated how implementing a standard Take5 site assessment is a vital tool for identifying and mitigating potential hazards. RISE coach, Debbie Rowe also spoke about the fantastic program and how hey can gain free and impactful support.
