This contract home by Klemm Homes was a standout in this category due to the high-quality finishes achieved and the complexity of the elements that made up the building. It features off form concrete blade walls up to 6 metres high, an alfresco ceiling cantilevered 7 metres from the structure, several massive commercial style glass cavity sliding doors and the suspension of the substantial fireplace from the building structure. These elements would have daunted and been a test for any builder. A truly remarkable building project that is a worthy recipient of this award.

The judges appreciated the high quality of external and internal finishes throughout this very personalised lightweight home by South Coast Constructions. Internal features and details were exceptional in key areas relating to the modern and functional kitchen, ensuite and off-bedroom robe.
