This Contract Home by Tribeca was carefully designed to sit within the current Historic Charles Sturt Overlay Zone. Both the client and the builder worked together to ensure council requirements were met. Being quite a tight site, it was well designed to include a double garage. The features to the front of the house included a large commercial Louvre to the front façade along with Olde Red Bricks and Brighton lite mortar flush laid. The house was of an immaculate standard internally and externally with its spaciousness and high ceilings all standout features. Value for money and time performance were stand outs. The central Wine Room and joinery made this house a pleasure to judge.
