The Central Market Arcade redevelopment represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform a key part of Adelaide’s city centre.
A joint venture between the City of Adelaide and ICD Property, the project will deliver a new retail precinct, all-electric commercial office tower, childcare centre, residences, premium hotel and vibrant public spaces known as Market Square.
