Twelve years into her construction career, Veronica’s passion, perseverance, and commitment have propelled her from a young female apprentice excelling in her apprenticeship to a training role. She is determined to make a difference and serves as a role model for women in the industry through her unwavering support for female apprentices. Not only does she shine as a trade professional, but she also actively participates in events that promote and inspire women in trades. Additionally, Veronica has pioneered change by digitalising key processes in her role as a Senior Trainer, improving efficiency and accessibility for her team and trainees. She has also been a significant advocate for enhanced parental leave entitlements, championing the rights of working parents. As someone who feels she has a lot of knowledge to share, Veronica sets a powerful example for women in the industry, encouraging others to join and continue developing their careers in an industry she loves.
