This outstanding medium density project by Urban Habitats with its simplistic yet effective design was finished to a perfecting standard. The judges were impressed by the use of materials to enhance the design, with every joint and connection finished flawlessly. Urban Habitat’s client relationship was a stand out, with both owners commenting that whilst they were warned by others about the negatives involved in the build process, they experienced nothing but excitement throughout the build. A difficult site to build on, but Urban Habitats delivered to an exacting standard. More than worthy of this medium density award.
