Introducing Anna Ursino,
Chair of HiViZ Committee

Anna Ursino is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and strategic program delivery across government, non-government and private sectors.

In her current role as Special Projects Manager at Master Builders Association of SA, she leads key initiatives including the RISE program, the Technical Colleges Partnership, and now, Charing the HiViZ Committee.

Anna’s career has been anything but routine, and she has undertaken leadership roles spanning industries such as employment services, event operations (Royal Adelaide Show), in addition to running her own consulting businesses and even project-managing the construction of her own home.

Earlier in her career Anna also worked within government, delivering some of SA’s largest events and collaborating closely with the Premier’s Office on high-profile promotional campaigns. Anna brings extensive expertise in management, recruitment and training, business development, stakeholder engagement and compliance governance. She has successfully led multi-site teams and overseen multimillion-dollar budgets. And that’s just her work life!

Anna is a passionate advocate for women in the building and construction industry and is excited to take up the Chair of the HiViZ Women Building SA committee, where she promises a commitment to equity, innovation and meaningful community impact. Anna encourages HiViZ committee and members to reach out for a chat if they have anything they’d like to discuss.

Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with family, and travelling – especially to Europe! To get her steps in she enjoys tennis, walking and swimming and loves being creative by cooking traditional dishes for her lucky family. She also believes in the power of paying it forward, supporting others through community involvement and values that reflect her commitment to making a difference.
