Planning laws return to Parliament

Master Builders SA has written to all members of the Legislative Council asking for them to consider the needs of South Australians when voting on final amendments to the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Bill 2015.

The rejection of an urban growth boundary, improved objectivity of planning assessment boards and a return to tree legislation that makes sense without adding costs for households are at the heart of Master Builders SA’s submission.
