Each month Master Builders SA also like to give recognition to the unsung heroes of apprenticeships, which is the host employers who provide the all-important on-the-job training. When selecting our Host of the Month, Master Builders SA takes into consideration:

• Feedback from Apprentices and Field Officers
• Skill and knowledge development of the Apprentice
• Competency of the Apprentice against the criteria
• Understanding of their WHS obligations and compliance
• Operating with Sound Business Management Practises
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the apprentices
