REISSUANCE OF WHITE CARDS

Under the direction of SafeWork SA, Master Builders SA is permitted to reissue white cards if they relate to courses delivered against the General Construction Induction Code. As Master Builders SA commenced providing training to this code from the 11 of May 2009, we can only reissue cards for training that occurred on or after this date.

All white cards issued PRIOR to 11th May 2009 are INVALID; students will need to re-sit the course to obtain a valid white card.

Photos are now required on all white cards. When requesting a reprint of your white card you will be requested to attend the office between 9 am – 1 pm or 2 pm – 4 pm Monday – Friday to have your photo taken.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your white card to be re-issued.

The fee for the reissuing of white cards is $80.

REISSUANCE OF WORKING AT HEIGHTS OR SAFELY WORKING AT HEIGHTS

Master Builders SA are unable to reissue cards or statements of attainments for either Safely Working at Heights or Working at Heights under the directive of the Australian Skills Quality Authority.
