[CPCCBC4024] Resolve Business Disputes –
This nationally-accredited unit of competency is recognised by Consumer & Business Services to satisfy the training requirements of the Building Contractor’s Licence when applying for any building work, additions/alterations, residential building work and transportable construction.
It is delivered intensively over 2 nights to ensure that you meet the mandatory requirements as quickly as possible.
TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement dispute resolution procedures
- Conduct an initial investigation into business disputes and possible resolution strategies
- Identify opportunities for dispute resolution
PREREQUISITES:
You are required to have sufficient skills in reading and writing along with relevant construction industry experience to successfully complete this course.
You will also need to provide a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). Please visit www.usi.gov.au for more information.
DURATION:
A minimum of 40 hours study made up of 6 hours face to face learning, class activites, reading and assessments.

*Eligibility for CITB funding is determined by the participant’s CITB status at the time of training and through to course completion. If a participant’s CITB registration expires before they are deemed competent, the rebate will no longer apply, and a gap fee will be payable.
