The judges were impressed by Bower Construction and Design’s meticulous and stunning renovation of the existing building, and the sympathetic integration of the new addition. Staging of the works allowed the building to be occupied for most of the construction period requiring complex planning that was achieved with minimal inconvenience to the client.
