While Building Consultants is a professional who carries out a varied number of general and specific tasks, varying in size and importance in the building industry, engaged by either party or their representative, those parties seeking a satisfactory outcomes or assistance in on the construction process.

Property developers organise and plan for the acquisition, development and subsequent sale of new and existing properties. They work out the best use for the land or property. They then plan the property development, including the schedule and costs. They may need to work with architects, builders, and local councils.

A Franchisee is a person who has purchased a business for a min. no. of years from a Franchisor such as V.I.P. or Jim’s to provide a service direct to the public that may require a license i.e. fencing or may not require a license i.e. building inspector.

Suppliers and/or professionals who are building suppliers, manufacturers and professionals working in South Australia’s building and construction industry, such as designers and architects or other membership associations with own fee paying members.

HiViZ Women Building SA has 3 levels of membership available: Individual, corporate and student. Members of HiViZ Women Building SA are drawn from the breadth of the building and construction industry, including engineers builders, developers, architects, contractors, educators, tradespeople, government employees, building inspectors, students and other associated professionals.
