Hear from an engaging guest speaker and a thought-provoking panel discussion, offering insights, advice, and real stories to inspire and empower.

Guest Speaker:  Sue Wundenberg

Starting in a “Supply and Install” department, and working her way through to the role of Executive General Manager of a CSR Building Supply Business, Sue celebrates a career spanning over 35 years in the male dominated building industry.

Building strong and safe environments encouraging equal opportunities, Sue is a firm believer that we all bring different skill sets to the table and need to be inclusive in our approach to the working environment.

Sue is passionate about giving back, sharing learnings, and paving a pathway for strong careers in the industry.

Panelists:

Angela Wicks:   Business Development Manager, Claridge Construction – Angela is a senior leader at Claridge Construction, one of South Australia’s most respected boutique custom home builders and the 2025 Telstra Best of Business Award state winner for Outstanding Growth.

Rebecca Lamont:  Senior Leadership Team, Lendlease –  Rebecca was awarded HiViZ Women in Building SA – Outstanding Woman in Construction 2025.  She has 17 years’ experience in the construction industry and began working for Lendlease in May 2010, where she has progressed to the current position of Construction Manager.

Isabella Lavista: Peer Trade – Isabella was the HiViZ Rising Star winner and finalist for the HiViZ Women in Building SA award.  She is a third-year electrical apprentice hosted by Elec Mech Services, contributing to the commercial control upgrade at the Telstra Exchange building.
