BTF CONSTRUCTIONS
Project: Goodwood
This stunning Goodwood home was a joy to judge. The team at BTF Constructions demonstrated true craftsmanship in the creation of this architecturally designed home. Terrazzo flooring was a key feature in the wet areas and with a curved feature wall that was plastered and tiled in areas that was executed flawlessly and demonstrated a level of diligent construction and management across all aspects of the build. This level of skill and pride was executed perfectly throughout the property. Well done BTF Constructions.

Project: West Beach
This beautifully executed contract home by MyHomeBuild exemplified building excellence in all areas. Built on a challenging site, it demonstrated innovation in steel framing with exceptional internal finishes, and the use of smart home technologies. It was delivered ahead of schedule through meticulous planning and effective communication. The builder’s relationship with its client was exceptional. A worthy winner of this Master Builders Award.

TRIBECA PROPERTY GROUP
Project: Gawler Belt
In a rural and isolated site, this beautifully executed home by Tribeca Property Group demonstrated excellence in all internal and external finishes. Feature brickwork to the façade, complimented by the use of weatherboard cladding provided an impressive use of mixed materials to the wide fronted ranch-style home. Tribeca delivered this home with exceptional value for money and their responsiveness and open communication throughout the build, created a trusting and enjoyable experience for their clients.

SOUTH COAST CONSTRUCTIONS
Project: The Ashton
The ‘Ashton’ by South Coast Constructions was exceptional. The judges were impressed by the builder’s use of local stone, salvaged wood decking, recycled red bricks, and the expansive double-glazed windows maximising energy efficiency. The home boasted high-level quality finsihes inside and out with meticulous attention to detail, seamless connection of internal and external spaces, combined with open-plan living and a range of private spaces. Emphasis was placed on environmental considerations in its unique design, and was sensitive to its location within the ‘Beyond’ development. An oustanding Display Home by South Coast Constructions.

BRADFORD HOMES BY SCOTT SALISBURY
Project: Dakota
The ‘Dakota’ by Bradford Homes delivered an open-plan, contemporary design which included double glazing with Low E sliding doors and exceptional tiling with attention to the smaller details of the coloured screed and feature wall tiling. The impressive victorian ash staircase and its concealed glass balustrade showcased the home’s meticulous attention to detail throughout. The use of exterior cladding created a striking architectural feature that seamlessly transitioned into the interior of the home, enhancing its overall visual appeal. Bradford Homes displayed a strong focus on safety systems and performance and are well deserving of this Award.

STERLING HOMES
Project: Holdfast
The ‘Holdfast’ was presented to the Judges with all the features on offer. Sterling Homes have designed and built a wonderful home that offers everything you could need with large bedrooms and living areas that feel like one large room that seamlessly flow into the Alfresco entertaining area through large stacker doors. The finishes throughout and high standard of cabinetry along with stone bench tops made the home so welcoming. Sterling Homes is a worthy winner of this highly contested Master Builders Award.

SCOTT SALISBURY HOMES
Project: Lotus at Fullarton
Lotus at Fullarton is a testament to Scott Salisbury Homes’ attention to detail and the level of pride they take in delivering the best outcome for their clients. High-level planning and thought was put into the design and layout of this project, resulting in seven beautifully finished homes with exceptional internal and external standards, that the clients are over the moon about. Scott Salisbury’s approach to engaging a very high level of trades, combined with their client-first approach has delivered an outstanding outcome and they should be proud of their achievements on this medium density project.

BRADFORD PROJECTS BY SCOTT SALISBURY
Project: Dover Gardens – Affordable Housing Development
Bradford Projects delivered this Dover Gardens affordable housing development to an exacting standard, particularly given the high-level of difficulty involved, including working closely with neighbouring properties, tight access, significant earthworks and underground water retention. The finished result sees these affordable but contemporary homes fit neatly into the local landscape. An impressive and contemporary urban development with 25 new homeowners achieving their dreams of entering the South Australian housing market. Well done Bradford Projects.

SARAH BUILD
Project: Mitcham Primary School
Mitcham Primary School by Sarah Build is an excellent example of the technique of constructing an educational facility in modular form showing both exceptional value for money and an extremely short period of onsite construction time, thus minimising the disruption to the school. The final finishes were so good that the modular components were undetectable. Sarah Build made a strong, positive contribution to the buildability of this building. It was a difficult site within the middle of the school grounds and in close proximity to significant trees. The client spoke very favourably of Sarah Build, commenting in particular of it being an enjoyable project and that they could not fault the builders performance.

TYRONE ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Tyrone Electrical undertook a significant project to transform a historic Adelaide building into a modern office space. The company’s ability to respect and incorporate the building’s rich history while introducing contemporary elements is commendable. Tyrone’s commitment to quality is clear in its adherence to the relevant standards AS 3000 and AS 3001, as well as the University’s project specifications. This dedication to meeting, and possibly exceeding industry standards is an important aspect of any construction project. The unique challenges presented by this project, such as the deviation of the existing slab and the need for custom brackets to hang the LED lights, were met with innovative solutions. Tyrone Electrical’s ability to navigate these complexities while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship reflects their problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A worthy winner of this MBA Award.
