Synergy Construct became involved very early on in this project, offering cost saving initiatives on the original design which resulted in making the project viable. The project was delivered very quickly with careful planning and consideration of time frames for material delivery and the implementation of off-site fabrication initiatives. The curved precast panels on the façade were complex in design and erection and their dominance on the façade left no margin for error. Mid construction global rebranding affected the project considerably, but Synergy responded with a positive approach, resulting in a smooth and timely implementation of the changes. Simply the best of the best in this competitive category.
