Project: SA Schools PPP | Aldinga Payinthi College and Riverbanks College B-12

Construction rarely gets more complex than this. A PPP arrangement for two identical designs over two sites with different teams, all managed centrally by Sarah Constructions. This was a very large, high risk construction project and was achieved over a very tight construction period, made even more complicated due to COVID restrictions. The schools were completed on time and budget to an exacting standard of finishes. The PPP arrangement meant interaction with multiple clients with differing priorities. Excellent communication and management skills resulted in all client objectives being successfully met with glowing reports received from all stakeholders.
