The Underdale High School project by BESIX Watpac was exceptionally well planned and organised to ensure the construction and refurbishment happened seamlessly in a live school environment. It was evident from the client that they were extremely happy with the builder’s management and delivery of this project. The judges found the finish was of an exceptionally high standard with a flawless integration between old and new.
