Project: Memorial Hospital CSSD Upgrades Stage 2 and 3

SA Health rated this project high risk due to the requirement of maintaining Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) operations and strict infection control. The project team implemented several innovative solutions and staging that required detailed daily consultation with the hospital staff, managing quality, safety and environmental aspects of this project very effectively. SHAPE’s attention to detail and team approach was a major contributing factor in the successful outcome of this project. An outstanding job by SHAPE.
