Fergus Milne (a former MBA apprentice) has completed a very complex project that would have been difficult to conceive and even harder to deliver. On a tight city site with a heritage-listed house as a starting point, Milne Projects has done a truly amazing job. Project highlights included the renovation of an existing 1860’s heritage house in poor condition, construction of a solid three-metre high stone wall along two boundaries, construction of an exceptional two storey architectural addition to the heritage house, major underground works including a tunnel, wine cellar, rumpus room connecting with the free standing garage, a two-car lift from the garage to the cellar, and built a two-bedroom apartment / studio over the garage. The clients were delighted and Milne Projects is justifiably proud of what has been achieved.

Klemm Homes

Project: Millswood

Klemm Homes have delivered a very attractive Hampton’s style rear addition including a double garage and separate pool room. The project was completed ahead of schedule, depsite live-in clients and being built at the height of the COVID pandemic. All finishes were top quality despite a tight budget. Carpentry was exceptional and the stone fireplace and the retractable stacker doors were equally impressive. Pitched cathedral ceilings with exposed rafters and timber ceilings were a real focal point of the living area, continuing through to the alfresco area. Understandably, the clients are overjoyed with the result and Klemm Homes have delivered again.
